Before submitting an online trouble report, we encourage you to try these simple steps.

  1. Check that your set-top box is powered on and that your TV is set to the correct channel.
  2. If so, reset your set-top box by pulling the power cord from the back of the box and waiting 10 seconds. Re-insert the power cord into the back of the set-top box. After the set-top box goes through its restart cycle, check to see if your initial trouble is resolved. If not, please complete the information below.

Our service department reviews requests Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Other weekend requests are reviewed Monday morning.
